 Republican Congressman Rob Bishop, joining his Republican colleagues in the House of Representatives today, voted to permanently repeal the estate tax, commonly referred to as the death tax. The tax cut package passed by Congress in 2001 repealed the estate tax, but the repeal was set to expire at the end of 2010.  H.R.
