Rep. Rob Bishop (R-UT), along with the entire Utah House delegation, has introduced the Marijuana Effective Drug Study Act, H.R. 4825. The bipartisan MEDS Act has been introduced in the Senate and is aimed at creating a reasoned and responsible environment where the best minds may be able to analyze and examine something about which we know very little. Rep. Bishop is joined by Representatives Blumenauer D-OR, Curtis R-UT, Love R-UT, Norton D-DC, Polis D-CO, Raskin D-MD, and Stewart R-UT as original cosponsors of the MEDS Act.
